ProblemsX3, and I am just tired of everything...
Problems, problems, problems... Just problems everywhere...
My applications and stuff, at least they are done and I have heaved a huge sigh of relief. Acceptance or not, I have done it. As my dad said, the Masters will always be there, it is only when I want to take it.
It is not so much of a big problem anymore. The thing is now, the landlady's daughter (not the landlady) wants to sell the house. And that is actually not that bad, the bad thing is that you have loads of people coming to see the house and as my friend put it, when are ATs polite?
Many things happened when the people came to view the house. Somehow when we came here, we gained the knowledge that ATs do not take off their shoes in the house. Why? I don't know. And if they were to view someone else's house, the least the agent should do is to bring shoe covers. Its just like a plastic bag! It is not heavy at all!
Well there was this case where an agent didn't bring any shoe covers and I requested them to remove their shoes. Wth didn't he bring any in the first place? I was studying and he asked me to show them around, while stepping into the region where no shoes were allowed. Wtf? I was so tempted to tell him off. Plus I had to do his job for him. Oh, how responsible of an agent.
There was another one which pissed me off. The AT viewing the house wanted to know which direction the house faced. No one knew so what did he do? He stepped on my books with his smelly socks up to my ledge and opened the window to look from there. In the end? He said he couldn't tell which direction the house was facing... TMD. The point is, there was a balcony which overlooks the same place and which he could have went to see! wtf wtf wtf
The latest one caused all the problems. The ld (landlady's daughter) called both of us both but my housemate's phone was on silent mode and I was grocery shopping. And I think many people know by now that I am don't pick up the phone frequently because I can't hear it or it is in silent mode because I was too lazy to change it. Or I was even too lazy to switch it on. So no one answered and my housemate was very much surprised when people arrived to view the house. And I went home and was also very much surprised to find that people were viewing the house. The thing is, they happily wore my slippers without permission at all. I am a cleanliness freak, and I absolutely abhor people wearing my clean slippers with their dirty feet. And when they left I realised something, one of them wore my pair of slippers that I use to wear out of the house and walked around the whole house with it. Rejoice! My housemate had tried to stop them in the first place, but the agent was talking on the phone. I was so pissed that I had to clean the entire house. My housemate messaged the ld and she apologised etc. However, we then realised she is now sending people to view the house without asking us at all. So we have people suddenly coming to view the house without us knowing beforehand.
Seriously I think that it is too much. The point is, the landlady doesn't seem like she wants to sell the house but the ld wants to sell the house desperately. So we are pulled into the silent protest and war waged by the landlady.
If I wasn't waiting for my application results, I would have moved out asap. Yes the house is nice and everything, but it is too mentally taxing to have random ATs coming in and showing their AT manners.
Tired, tired, tired...
But no, I am not going to break under this. Absolutely no way. No way are ATs going to get the upperhand over me. Just you watch ATs!
