This and that
Today, we treated my uncle's family to dinner at Sushi Tei. We stayed at their house for 3 weeks and Australia and therefore, this is just returning the favour. The food at Sushi Tei, as usual, was great! I could tell. The ikura was different from that of Waraku's. The ikura at Waraku had a very strong fishy smell to it that even I, a lover of ikura, found it to be too overwhelming. However, the one at Sushi Tei was just nice! I wouldn't mind going back to Sushi Tei again, but I would still like to try other stuff!
I finally finished the stuff I wanted to send to Japan to my host family! Gosh, I hope they do not think that I have forgotten them as it has been some time since they sent me a snail mail. My bookmarks were nice imo, but they are a little too thick. Well, it is the thought that counts, I hope...
After catching up with Kyou Kara Maou, I am continuing Katekyo Hitman Reborn. KHR is really getting nicer and nicer. The first few episodes were a bit... As someone I know said, he didn't know how he got through the first part of KHR. Now that I look back after watching KHR for so far, I wondered how I got past it too. First, there is a home tutor named Reborn who shows up at Tsuna's place. In actual fact, he is part of the mafia and is under orders to train "Dame-Tsuna" into the 10th boss of the Vongola family. Then he shoots a "Dying Will Bullet" from a gun transformed from his chameleon-like companion at Tsuna which transforms Tsuna into "Dying-Will Mode". When he is "reborn", his clothes is torn into pieces, leaving him only in his underwear.
I thought that the entire anime would continue on like this, comedy with the occasional fights against enemies. I was hoping for it to continue this way too, with the right mixture of humour and action. KHR got more and more interesting, especially the Varia arc. I was watching episode after episode with such zeal I didn't want to go to bed without watching the Sky Battle between Tsuna and Xanxus! Then the anime was back to its humour again, which I appreciated. However, it began to turn angsty from there.
The current arc is the Future arc where Tsuna and gang are transported to the future. We are then shown a future where the Vongola have fell and Tsuna was asassinated. I couldn't take it when Tsuna woke up in his own coffin. With such a bleak future, it really breaks my heart to keep watching, but I can't stop, bnecause I want to know what happens! My guess is that KHR will probably end after this arc, for it is the most serious and largest plot change in the entire series. Perhaps the future will be changed and it will end when everyone is back in their own times. Then probably as an epilogue, Tsuna will be shown well and alive as the 10th Vongola Boss in a rather peaceful mafia world.
If Tsuna dies...I will really hate the mangaka. Not that Tsuna is my fave character, but I love the cool Tsuna in Hyper Dying-Will Mode!
